I bridge the gap between our incredible Administrative Team and our dedicated Dog Walkers, cherishing the opportunity to connect with both people and pets, ensuring that every dog in our care receives the attention and love they deserve.

One of the aspects I love most about my job is the chance to mentor and train new Walkers, watching them grow and thrive in their roles. It's incredibly rewarding to help them navigate challenges, stay motivated, and provide the best care possible. I am always available to answer questions and offer support, creating a positive and encouraging environment for everyone.

I take great pride in organizing and participating in staff gatherings and training workshops, where we can share knowledge, build stronger teams, and celebrate our successes together. Driving the mobile grooming van and assisting with grooming appointments allows me to have hands-on interactions with our furry clients, which is always a highlight of my day.
