Groomer Recommendation
If the nail is healthy and the quicks are not overgrown then a dog’s nails are ideally maintained with clipping once a month, for comfort.
Your dog’s “quick”— the blood supply and nerves of the nail— gets longer if the nails aren’t clipped regularly! If the nails are left to grow for too long then the quick needs to keep up in order to supply the nail properly with oxygen and nutrients!
To keep your dog’s nails at a comfortable length, be sure to clip or grind them regularly!
We will take care of it.
🪮 Blowout

We also keep those toe beans moisturized with lick safe beeswax. We give them a quick style refresher as well when breed appropriate.

Groomer Recommendation
Blowouts are great for upkeep between full grooms for high grooming maintenance dogs— like Oodles!
Making sure that your dog is brushed out every 4-6 weeks will ensure that they are comfortable and the mats don’t pull on their skin.
Keeping on top of your dog’s coat health means that your dog can have a more positive experience overall and a healthier coat and skin.
Dry shampoo is great for dogs that are anxious in the bath or of the loud dryers. Dry Shampoo eliminates the water wash altogether and reduces the time the dog needs to spend drying. It's also great to use in between a water groom.
Dry shampoo is in no way a replacement for a water bath but it's great for light cleaning and surface dirt. You can also use dry shampoo after a dematting process to get rid of the built up grime that was trapped under those mats.
Groomer Recommendation
The Essentials is a great option for active dogs that are coming back from the cottage out other outdoor adventures, are covered in dog park dirt, have been skunked, or have just rolled in something gross.
Ideally, you want to bathe a dog every 8-12 weeks regardless of the coat length.
✂️ Full Groom
Bath & Cut
Regular grooming helps maintain the breed's distinctive appearance and minimize shedding, keeping your furry friend looking and feeling their best. This is the best choice if you need any kind of scissor work, including a cut or a shave. Recommended frequency is every 4-6 weeks for most oodles, every 6-8 weeks for others. This can vary depending on your circumstances.
What does this service include? This service includes a bath with a relaxing massage, body clip or cut as requested, we do your dog’s nails and make sure those paw pads are shaved out to keep them sturdy (great for seniors!), we also make sure that their foot fur is nice and trim. We also moisturize and massage those pads! We provide ear & eye cleaning, and lots of love. If your dog doesn’t need a full bath or if they hate the dryer but they need a little zhuzh, we can also use dry shampoo by request.

Groomer Recommendation
Frequency on the Full Grooms depends on how short you want to keep your dog’s coat; as long as the hygiene is met then it’s largely a matter of preference. If you have a breed that doesn’t get typically shaved (Bullies, Huskies, Shepherds, Collies, etc.) then you can go a bit longer (8-12 weeks) between visits.
Dogs with coats that are typically shaved down (Oodles, Terriers, Maltese, Shih Tzu, etc.) you’ll want to be sure to get them in once every 8 weeks. If you want the hair kept shorter then you’ll want to book more often.
Shaving a pet is not like shaving a human head. It is not a quick solution for a matted coat. The best solution is to prevent the mats in the first place because once the fur is matted then dematting it is an absolute necessity for the health and comfort of your pet.
Matted fur is painful. As mats grow, they pull and tug at the skin causing discomfort and in extreme situations, pain. Allowing them to persist also causes decreased blood circulation in the skin which can contribute to dryness and shock (which can make them more skittish or nervous).
In order to remove the matting, we need to pull them away from your pet’s skin to reduce the risk of cutting the animal. Any kind of matting means we must spend extra time so that your pet is as comfortable as they can be and has a positive experience despite the circumstances.
Keeping your pet’s coat in good condition contributes to their comfort and happiness. Frequent brushing at home is the first line of defense.
🐱Cat Couture
This service was designed as grooming maintenance for kitty nails, faces & butts, and to keep your cat mat-free with a body brushing. If your cat is matted and needs a dematting process then the 🐈⬛ Fancy Feline service is more appropriate.
What does this service include? We clip their toe bean nails, we clean their eye goopies and make sure their ears are squeaky clean so they can better hear that package of treats opening! We also clean up their kitty bums so they can keep all of the waste in the box and you can focus on lovin' ‘em! Teeth brushing is available by request for an additional cost.

🐈⬛ Fancy Feline
Cats are great at keeping themselves fairly clean but making sure they have an annual grooming enhances your cat's overall well-being, keeps them comfortable, happy, and feeling their best.
What does this service include? First, if a lion cut is requested, we do that first. Then we lovingly torture them with a bath. We keep this as quick as we can and relax them with a massage. We provide all the services from the Cat Couture service: nail clip, ears & eyes inspection and cleaning, and we make sure their sanitary area is hygenic. Teeth brushing is available by request for an additional cost.

Groomer Recommendation
Cats are great at keeping themselves clean and bathing them once a year is sufficient. You’ll want to book them in more frequently, as needed, if they are having trouble keeping their sanitary areas clean or if they are prone to matting.

We do have a charge for special circumstances.
Extended Grooming Fees - $30 / 30 minute
This can be applied and is not limited to: seniors, anxious dogs, reactive pets, dogs that require dematting, deskunking, and/or deshedding procedures, obese dogs, pets that require a groomer’s helper, etc. It is determined on a case by case basis.
Dematting
Dematting of any kind— whether the mats are brushed, shaved, or pulled— takes longer and dulls tools. Mats must be removed prior to a bath or the products can not be rinsed out properly. This causes our tools to dull faster. Dematting fees help cover the cost for tool sharpening beyond regular wear and tear.
If it is determined that extra time must be taken for your groom beyond the time originally allocated (which is based on the size and a good condition coat expectation) this cost will be added to your invoice.
We can to discuss this beforehand with you as we inspect your dog’s coat.
Unvaccinated Pets / Illness
If your pet is not vaccinated we can still help you. However, extra time must be taken to provide additional safety for your pet as we have many pets who may be carriers for easily preventable diseases in our mobile grooming van. This time is not included in the reserved appointment time. Vaccinating your pet against rabies is the law and we do require this vaccine for the safety of our staff.
Seniors
If your dog or cat is over 10 years of age please fill out and return this form at the time of your first groom or via email. We will also bring them to sign in person should that be required. Seniors also may require the extended grooming fee to keep their anxiety down to reduce the risk of health events. This is determined at the time of the groom.
