Booking with us is easy and straightforward. There’s no long wait times and our staff are trained to be patient and build trust with dogs that are slow to trust.
Furbaby Sitting appointments are pet led. This means that we follow their lead! Do they want to play fetch in the backyard? Do they want a cuddle massage or do they prefer stimulating enrichment games?
It’s up to them!

Easy! Many of Ottawa’s concierges know who we are.
You can leave a room key at the front desk for “bwd Petcare” and we are required to give your room number when we pick it up.
If the hotel will not permit dogs to be left alone in the rooms at any time, for the safety of our employees, you will need to meet us in the lobby with your pet and a room key.

You are welcome to be present for the service. You can book this service a few times if you’d like for us to get to know your bebe. All you need to do is ask for the same employee when you make your service request.

As far in advance as you want to.
While we may or may not approve your appointment more than two weeks in advance, it may change employees as we get closer to your dates based on a number of factors if you have not requested someone specifically.

Lockboxes and keyless entry are accepted.
Detached/Semi-Detached housing: Outdoor lockboxes or front door keypads.
Apartment buildings: Buzz codes for entry and a lockbox on your apartment door (those velcro command strips work really well to hold them up with no damage).

It depends. You can request a particular staff member and we can check their availability but we cannot guarantee that they are available.
However, our training program assures consistent service so that we can have a qualified employee assigned to your request whenever that might be.
If your situation requires consistency we will do everything we can to work together.

If our employees need to pay for parking for any reason (no space in your driveway, no free street parking available, parking ban due to weather), then any cost incurred while providing services will be added to your invoice.
