“Hi, my name is Lauren! I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life. Growing up with two dogs and three cats, I developed a love for animals from a young age. A few years ago, my mom started her own business, and I often helped caring for pets. Through that experience, I discovered how much I enjoyed spending time with and caring for animals. When I saw the opportunity to join bwd, I knew it would be the perfect way to continue pursuing my passion for working with dogs while staying active. As both a student and a hockey player, dog walking gives me a chance to step away from campus, clear my mind, and enjoy the outdoors. Working at bwd has allowed me to meet and learn about so many different dog breeds, support owners by providing quality care for their pets, and build connections with each unique pup. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of such a wonderful team and to spend my days with so many amazing dogs!”
