“Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. When I wasn’t bothering the family cat Pizza, I was feeding the stray cats and baby raccoons or walking the neighbours’ dogs.  Then when I moved to Ottawa, I couldn’t help but adopt a goofy tuxedo cat of my own. I love that now when she’s napping all day, I get to go out and meet the wonderful pets at bwd. Working with them has taught me so much about pet care, and meeting each pet and getting to know their quirks makes every appointment a great one. Plus, I can’t think of a better way to keep exploring the different parts of Ottawa than with a furry friend by my side!”
